What we do: The Boston All Stars produces auditions, performance workshops, talent shows and gala fundraising benefits with hundreds of inner-city youth as active, creative participants in their lives and community.

Our Approach: Young people learn how to organize and produce the talent show. They are trained as ushers, box office staff, spokespersons, stagehands, managers and technical staff.

Who is involved: Youth between the ages of 5 and 25 rap, sing, dance, do spoken word, poetry or short skits. Everything that the All Stars produces is run by our dedicated team of youth and adult volunteers. Volunteers of all ages and social, economic backgrounds do behind-the-scenes work throughout the year, performing as producers, fundraisers, outreach and office staff.

Funded By: The Boston All Stars is independently funded by ordinary Americans dedicated to the social and cultural development of our inner-city youth. We invite everyone to support our young people.
