	Giving our young people a chance to shine. The Boston All Stars creates extracurricular educational and performing arts activities for inner city youth. We produce talent shows in inner city neighborhoods, develop leadership training, and pursue volunteer initiatives that build and strengthen communities. The Boston All Stars involves inner-city youth, ages 5 to 25, in creating developmental culture through producing and performing in talent shows.

Boston All Stars Talent Shows

The talent shows are designed to give every young person who wants one an opportunity to perform on stage and to learn a host of skills required to produce a live performance. Stage performances typically range from dance, synchronized step, singing (R&B or rap), skits, instrumentals, and poetry readings, either in groups or as solo performers.

Behind the Scenes

The young people -- with the support of staff and trained volunteers -- manage all aspects of the event including the lights, the sound, security, ticket sales, outreach and publicity.
